Lisas treatment nourishes and restores physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. When I went for a recent treatment, I was a discombobulated emotional being, with pain and discomfort. I left feeling empowered, lighter, refreshed and energised. Finding Lisa has supported my growth and healing, and improved my life for the better.

Lisa is very professional and always makes you feel welcome in her lovely therapy room. She is extremely knowledgeable and provides the best service ever. Since I have been having treatments with Lisa I feel 100 times better and can't wait to go back for my next session.

I visited Lisa again today for facial Bergman method reflexology which really helped me today. On arrival, Lisa invited me into her new treatment room which is beautiful, complete with log burning stove, very spacious and calming. We had a brief discussion about how I was feeling, where I admitted I felt very emotional so Lisa tailored my treatment to work on areas she felt Id most benefit from. Lisa had bought heated boots to try during my treatment as I disclosed at my 1st session that my feet are always very cold and these definitely enhanced my treatment, which was a lovely gesture. Lisa really does go above and beyond to enhance your experience and ensure you are warm and comfortable at all times, and encourages you to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns following your treatment. Lisa is extremely professional and very caring which shows during treatments. Thanks again Lisa, I look forward to my next appointment! X

I had both the face advanced reflexology (Bergman method) and foot reflexology this morning with Lisa which was my 1st appointment with her. I was immediately put at ease on entering, Lisa has a very calming, nurturing demeanour and made me feel welcome instantly. Ive had reflexology treatments/complementary therapies at other salons, but never facial reflexology. I was blown away by how amazing I felt during and after my treatments! I have severe anorexia with crippling anxiety and also severe Crohns disease so was in desperate need of self care. I certainly came to the right place but most importantly the right PERSON. Lisa took her time, never rushed me and was happy to explain any aspect of my treatments. I was so relaxed during the facial reflexology that I actually fell asleep (and I find it really difficult to trust!) I was so impressed by Lisa that I booked my next appointment before leaving and my husband is wanting a gift voucher for his birthday after I told him about my uplifting experience. You can tell that this is not a job to Lisa, but a vocation. Both treatments were worth every penny and much more! Thanks so much Lisa xx
