        Got a quote from this company 6 weeks ago to do my dads back garden. I had to chase them for a specific date and time for them to come round and start the work, which was meant to be this morning at 9:30am. My dad has mental health problems and I am his live in carer, which I explained. It took me a couple of hours to get him ready only to be let down by this company by them not showing up. I reached out to them only to be told they had cancelled today because a couple of members of staff were off with Covid again. Not only did we wait 6 weeks for this day, but the sheer lack of communication was abysmal. If you have confirmed a date and time with someone for a paid service, it is professional to keep your customers updated, not wait for them to contact you and chase you constantly. We now have to go back to looking for another service which will probably take another 6 weeks. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

        Delightful hardworking ladies. Not cheapest but you get what you pay for. They turn up when they say they will see the job through and leave the site clean . Yoy don't have to do anything.....maybe offer the odd cuppa. Sit back and enjoy your garden
