        The key broke in the door lock. I was at work and my wife had our 2 kids with here. It was snowing and extremely cold. I called City locks and spoke to Ian. He said he was on his way and would be with her within the hour. He arrived within 20 minutes and gained entry into the house letting my wife and children inside straight away. He then replaced the lock and gave us the spare keys. I would definately use again and highly recommend. A local family business who is reliable, eager to help and was on time.
