Absolutely loving the food and service from here... every time I have ordered the person on the phone ie so nice, food is always hot and well prepared

I have used Thailand express for about 7 years. Tonight 2/2/2023 I phoned at 720pm and placed my order. I wasnt told it would be late or driver was busy. At 820pm I still had no food. I phoned and was told that it was very busy and that the roads were really bad and they had regular customers to deal with first.The lady on the phone said she told me that when I placed my order. She didnt say anything. I am a regular customer. Its now 855 pm and still Ive had no food delivered. The roads are clear as my son has just had food delivered without delay from Renfrew 5 miles away . The Thailand Express is 2 miles from my house. I will never buy another meal. 90 minutes and still no food. The fact the lady lied saying she told me that they were busy when she didnt and that they are serving regular customers first even though i am one I am now finished with this place. Disgusting customer service. Whoever was working on the phones tonight has obviously forgot my order and doesnt care. I will never be back.

We travel across from Kilcreggan to look after our grandchildren and have used the Thailand Express a few times. Never had a bad meal, and we'll be back again this evening. Keep up the good work.
