        Waited 50 minutes for a taxi after being told it wouldn't be long. My son missed his football game, my kids were standing aboit waiting to get in the house. Also was charge 9.60 more than the taxi I iaed getting to the same place I was picked up from. Absolute joke, I will not be using this service ever again. Very poor and expensive.

        40 minutes wait for a 7 minute drive, poor customer service. We have used this company for 40 years, never again.

        Great service pre booked for a hospital appointment . Arrived on time driver really helpful with mum and wheelchair. 2nd time I've used this service will be recommending to others. 5 stars
