We have worked with Jim over number of years, providing a great service to us - which I am sure is echoed elsewhere. We have had Jim give us advice on systems, pricing works plus involvement in project works all to a satisfied level without any problems. One of the key things for us is contractors having the ability to attend/carry out emergency works at short notice due to nature of our company and many of times Jim has come to our rescue and resolved any issues before they escalated! Jim and his team offer a first class service for which we are very grateful. We have worked with this company for 3 years now. They have installed systems in 3 sites for us. This was done in a very professional way and did not cause us any disruption. Jim provided excellent support at the start when we were learning how to use the system.
