Sorry but from my experience i wouldnt use this company again, Im a landlord, I was desperately looking for a reliable plumbing company. I phoned this company at 9am this morning to see if the would sort a leak out for my Tenant. They said no problem well get someone out today in 1hr 30 min. I said great. They Phoned me later theyre plumber has been called to an emergency well get to you later on today. I asked them to give me a call 20 min beforehand. So I can let the tenants know. Its now 16.00 they have now phoned to cancel, they said there plumber has been held up. I explained the situation regarding my tenant. She told me the next available would be two days later. I told the receptionist, Its now to late for me to call another plumbing company to sort out my disgruntled tenants leaking pipe. I wish you would have explained this earlier. She informed me its wasnt their fault. In my opinion, it is there fault for giving the wrong information. Your a company, you could either get your plumber to do overtime or use another plumber. My tenant was nightshift and decided to wait up for the plumber. I phoned her twice to change arrangements. Now she is definitely not happy that they have cancelled. In my opinion not a very professional reliable company
