Marcus is s great teacher patient and helpful . The class is good fun though taxes your whole body. Each exercise cues last enough time to be a challenge but not do long as to be disheartening. Marcus has a huge repertoire of exercises and ways to make it fun, interesting and different each time . I am feeling the benefit to my fitness.

Have been attending Marcus's online bootcamp twice per week during the virus crisis. I am very impressed by Marcus's wide ranging knowledge of fitness techniques from yoga to combat tecchniques to aerobics and everything in between.He mixes these to create a a session that is always interesting and appropriately challenging and fun. He is akways encouraging and responsive to our needs , often offering alternative or additional exercises for those like me who are less fit and for others looking for a greater challenge. I would heartily recommend him to anyone looking for a fun way to keep fit that is tailored to their needs

Been attending Kickstart Bootcamp since last October and have loved it. I attend twice a week where I can on both Tuesday and Thursdays outside Kelvingrove Art Museum which is an amazing place to work out! The workouts are always challenging but Marcus and Andrea make sure everyone is comfortable with the exercises! You can work at your own level and are always encouraged and motivated to push yourself as hard as you can! The exercises and workouts are always varied and never repetitive! Always feel like Ive had an intense workout, theres are lots of equipment used as well as body wait training and cardio. Would highly recommend! After every workout in the fresh air you feel youve worked youre hardest and feel great! Marcus is always full of motivation and its great to work out as part of a group. The workouts have switched to online during these times of lockdown which has been great still being able to work out with the bootcamp team!

Ive trained with Marcus for a few years now. I love the fact that he knows exactly when to give me that little extra push, but also making my workouts a fun session. Marcus has always shown an interest in what you want to achieve goal wise as sometimes we arent sure what we really want out of a session. Or what we really want to achieve. By making a session fun its more enjoyable and the time flies by really quickly and before you know it youre session is finished. Marcus had shown me lots of new equipment that I wouldnt have dared used because of the lack of confidence. One piece of equipment was a viper, which I soon learned to use and I loved using this in my workouts. Loved the fact that this is so versatile to use, flipping, tossing , swinging. Just made me think of a strong man throwing a caber which I love to watch. Ps I can toss the viper too. A big thank you Marcus for introducing me to this piece of equipment. Marcus also helped me with my nutrition and calorie intake. Allowing me to achieve my overall fitness with exercise and food. If you like to challenge yourself as I do then Marcus is the trainer for you , his workouts are fun but also giving you that little extra challenge that you will love. Andrea
