Well I wasnt disappointed, with Lynseys practical exercises, amazing advice and support, I am feeling fantastic at 32 weeks pregnant! Its the best preparation for becoming a mama!! Thank you Lynsey x

Working with Lynsey was a revelation for me. Not only did she work closely with me to ensure her Core Rehab programme was focused on the issues I struggled with, she also really bolstered my confidence at a time when I was less than in love with my body. She's not all about fat loss and bounce back...instead the focus at The Mighty Mama Coach is on being strong enough to cope with being a Mama on both the physical and emotional levels.

I started training with Lynsey when my youngest was 18months. I hadn't been to the gym in a long time and needed a way to get back into fitness with someone who understood what my body had been through after three babies in 5 years. I also needed a gym I could go to with my baby each week. Lynsey is fantastic, super supportive, kind, encouraging. She is a brilliant PT who knows ALOT about women's health and their bodies. She has given me the confidence to get back into working out for myself and her workouts make me feel stronger and fitter every week. The Mighty Mama Facebook page has a lot ifvresiyrof for home sessions and Lynsey is always available to answer questions. Her studio is gorgeous, with easy parking around and perfectly set up for mums to work out while the kids are entertained.

Highly recommend the mighty mama coach. I worked with her all through my pregnancy and felt strong and prepared the whole way through. Aches and pains were a reason for going rather than avoiding as I felt so much better afterwards. I also joined her rehab sessions and these are fab. I seen a dramatic improvement in my pelvic floor and by persevering with what she taught me I no longer have to attend physio! She is so full of knowledge and sessions are so adaptable to how your feeling on the day. Brilliant :)

I started working with Lynsey when I was 8 months post-partum. She was great at gauging where I was at physically and tailored our sessions accordingly. 2 months on I feel stronger and fitter whilst knowing that Im doing it in a safe way and protecting my abs (previous diastasis recti) and pelvic floor. Its also amazing having the space to bring your kids along, as childcare can be such a barrier to getting back into exercise. If youre thinking about starting to exercise post-baby but lack confidence or are worried about post-partum body issues give Lynsey a bell. Couldnt recommend her enough!
