Passed the manual test at first attempt. The examiner ROB kept to time, was calm and clear with his instructions (I repeated the instructions every time to make myself calm). I was nervous at first and made a fault but he didn't make any negative comment that would make me panic. I will advise anyone to drive through the routes many times particularly the national speed zones and 30mph zones(with cars parked on the sides). Rob paid a lot of attention to my observations and signalling.

My driving test was off to a great start and I was very happy with my progress, until the examiner Robert (Borland?) was extremely rude when I asked him to repeat an instruction. He shouted at me which threw me off concentrating on the test which I then failed unsurprisingly. I then had to listen to him waffle a pack of lies to my instructor about why I failed. I was not nervous for my test, I was looking forward to it but to have to endure this horrible mans bad mood, which is nothing to do with me, is despicable behaviour. He needs anger management therapy.

I sent my drivers license back to DVLA I did have points on my license but that was over 5 years ago so I contacted them I was told to fill in a change of circumstances form I posted it with the payment of the change of circumstances and other details it went to the medical team now they have said they have refunded me which has not been done as I paid by postal order not buy card so they KEEP MY LICENSE AND MONEY Ive still got nowhere with them very hard to have a real Conversation with someone who actually knows about your driving license very very unprofessional So Ive lost my license and also lost 75 roughly thanks to DVLA communication very disappointed
