        Went to your store on Tuesday 2 5 23 and asked to get my anti puncture fluid changed witch yous put in 3 years ago and was told to bring the bikes in the next day and you would do for me we went back and you refused to help us we won't be back in your store.

        The store as usual provides a first class service, but the online the service is useless, attempted to insert a current voucher code but this was rejected. Contacted the customer service department to be given several excuses for the failure, in the end was put through to a member of staff who said they would email me to resolve this. Still waiting If it wasn't for the excellent service of the local store I would go elsewhere
