We appointed Steven at S2 Architecture Ltd to work his magic on the plans for a second living room and extra bedroom to accommodate our growing family and he did not disappoint. From the beginning of the process to the end he was fantastic and worked seamlessly with our builder, who he hadn't met before. We would definitely recommend Steven to anyone looking for an architect and in fact we have passed his name on to several friends & even strangers who have admired his work whilst walking passed our house. I would have no hesitation in recommending S2 architecture if you are looking to extend your home. The architect Steven not only designed our extension to create a downstairs bathroom area that our house badly needed for our growing family but he also gave great advise on how else the space could be used and added a laundry area (freeing up existing kitchen space for a dishwasher) and a play space for the the children which as they get older can be used for an additional seating area to look on to the garden. The extension although relatively small has transformed family life. Steven ensured that our design was both purposeful and affordable. The whole project was completed in a timely manner from the initial consultation with Steven to completion. If in the future I plan to extend or modify our house I would definitely contact S2 architecture for advice and plans to be drawn up.
