        Not good. Completely inflexible company. We have a broken Ikea fridge freezer under guarantee and Award Appliances have the contract to fix them. They failed to come out over the 48 hour initial call out. It then took a whole week to diagnose a compressor problem....quite a simple process, not quite sure why it took one week. Then asked them to fit it on a particular day depending on part being delivered. They phoned us, I phoned them back after 5 mins but they had given the app away to someone else. Now leaving us without a fridge freezer for another 7 days. Wowee... what a service!
