Baldernock Cattery

Great Cattery. Would recommend to all

Used this cattery for my 2 cats for an overnight stay. Owner very friendly and the cattery was very clean. She has alot of restrictions place which is totally acceptable. I've dropped a star as I thought the cats had their own individual outdoor run but they dont. But they do get access to the outside. Both my cats came home very relaxed so with that in mind I would definitely put my cats back in

Thought they were good used them for years.... Until my cat needed medication doubtful if t was given. As when I went to pick him up I asked what's wrong with him was told he's just panting with the heat. Took him to the vets only to be told he had suffered heart attack and was not treated, they had to put him to sleep :( After 17 years and me just out of hospital after my cancer operation thought we would be company for each other. Panting indeed....... Yes I used your cattery for a few years, but my cat was younger. I know it's a long time ago indeed since I used Baldernock Cattery, but would not feel comfortable leaving another cat at Baldernock Cattery. But ignoring a heart attack mmmm

Extremely unhappy and upset with this cattery experience. 1. We were not allowed to see where our cats would be kept. 2. Not allowed any of the cats' own things to be left with them. 3. No card payment - it's 2022. This forced us to drive round Milngavie for an ATM. 4. Cats were there for exactly 48 hours, yet we were charged for 3 days. By this logic, even if you drop off at 5pm one day and pick up at 5pm the next day, you will be charged 2 days. 5. No reduced rate for two cats, unlike almost every other cattery. Ours cats returned more distressed than ever before.
