Loved using this cattery but did not enjoy being shouted at my one member of the checkin-checkout staff, will never use again

Went to inspect the kennels, seem to me almost cruel. Dogs are left in not particularly pleasant kennels all day and are only walked 15 minutes a day. My partner was left almost in tears at the prospect of leaving the dog here. We found other kennels at a slightly higher price that dont treat the dogs as cash cows.

They charged us the full amount on drop off and our family again on collection. Our dog came home with an injured nose. We also left our portioned bags of our dogs regular food because his stomach is sensitive to change and there was nearly 2 days of food left in his bag when we collected him. They told us our dog ate one of his toys, stuffing and all, which makes sense since they apparently weren't feeding him. Very disappointed with how our dog was treated and won't be using again.
