        Unfortunately a resident across from me used this company. Thanks to their parking I have been unable to access my private drive all day as they parked across the narrow street from it. It really made my life so easy trying to get kids and shopping into my house. Very inconsiderate driver. Still slamming van doors at 10:20pm.

        Absolutely horrible service and the lack of any communication from this lot is abhorrent! I've been needing a heater repaired for over a year now and nobody bothers to follow up. Have one engineer out to not even look at the problem, to say I'll have a word with the boss and get back to you... Without ever hearing from them again. Each and everytime I call, someone new comes out and gives the same excuse.... Not one person has even bothered to check for any issues. I'd not recommend Dalex, what a horrible experience yet again from them. As I write this review, I'm still waiting!
