Id lost count on how many weeks late they were. Scott blamed scaffolding company for taking back his scaffolding so there was a delay, also the team decided as the weather was nice to take a few days off. We were very accommodating and patient. Scott seemed a nice guy and the Google reviews were ok . Then the wrong tiles arrived maybe that was another reason for the delay, #lastminuteholidayasweatherniceandnomatterafurtherdelaytocustomerandscaffolding Company Anyway main purpose of my review was to share a message I received from Scott when I asked why he hadnt come back to finish what he promised my husband he would do. I was shaken, upset and very surprised Hi. Tell Allan to call, tbh Ive had to bite my tongue threw this job, The moment I used the hose it was leaking from all angles. Allan told me whats the plastic on the ridges, thats the new system, go look at any new builds there is no cement anymore just plastic, this is new protocol, also the conservatory if u were wanting it cleaned again that comes at a cost, Im not a charity. Also I had a good think about the lead , this is commmon practice and Ive never seen anyone in my life paint lead, this is something I would say (cowboys ) would do. So its not happening. Ill be honest I went along with him because I had the feeling yous were going to hold money back. You have had a great deal, a new garage roof completely re boarded + re tiled and the works on the main roof, please go get another quote and you would be shocked. I done a good job at a great price, yes a few hiccups along the away, but this is the building trade, these things happen. You guys Seam very hard to please and ave not been happy with the attitude to be very honest. Call another company to paint the lead . Sure you will agree the tone of the message isnt professional and confrontational. The hose, my hose not theirs was used without permission which I dont have an issue with, there were 2 holes, one had been repaired properly the other taped with special tape, both hole repairs were burst as no care had been taken when using, maybe they should use their own kit!
