        I called Scott with a serious problem I had with a condemned boiler and problem tenants. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable on the phone and had promised me he would sort it out. Tenant had refused access, but agreed a certain date which was confirmed with Scott. He didnt turn up, nor did he even call the tenant. He has not answered my messages or phone calls. This has caused me major problems, and on reading some of his reviews, looks like he does this quite a lot.
