Joke! Advertises open till 6pm Sunday! Went down at 5:50 for calpol for my 5 year old son, door locked lady in shop said we are closed. Sign on door clearly states open till 6pm. Must have had better thing to do with there time than serve there customers. Probably wanting up the road to crack a bottle of wine! N a pint ae Ben n Jerry's! Will be staying as far away as possible from this chemist and will be notifying everyone I speak to to do the same.

This chemist is an absolute joke . You hand your prescriptions in and go back 4 days later and they dont know what they have done with it twice this has happened now . You stand for at least 20 mins waiting to see if they manage to find your prescription then to be greeted by a horrible unprofessional member of staff going by the name Kelly who has is an absolute disgrace to deal with very cheeky and disrespectful to tell you change your chemist if your not happy . Not to mention the state of the chemist horrible place to go into now should be shut down. If u didnt have high blood pressure before going in here you certainly do by the time you come out that girl should be in a job that doesnt require her to deal with the public horrible human being

1 of the worst chemist I never been , been waiting for my prescription nearly 1 hour and the lassie work there just keeping wasting time and drink redbull and don't bother about client waiting, I would suggest everyone to don't go there at all ,shoking saff .

Service and staff utterly disgraceful! Went down today(Thursday) as my wife handed over prescription on Tuesday. Chemist said there was no record of my prescription and I would need to speak to my doctors surgery. When I said that they lost my prescription I was then immediately threaten by the manager that they will press the panic button alarm and I need to leave the pharmacy as they won't accept my accusations.What sort of attitude is that!!! Looking at the past comments of others I can see that I'm not alone with this problem and perhaps they should be reported to local authorities to be checked and investigated of what's happening on their premises. Update: reported to Lloyd's Pharmacy Head Office and GPhC to be investigated
