I know others have had problems with this company, but I certainly have not! We had a "squeaking" noise in our eBac washing machine, which is 2 years old but has a 7 year warranty. Ebac called out RDA, although it took a week for them to come. However, we are based nearly 100 miles away. Michael came, had a good look inside and eventually discovered a metal internal hoseclip was rubbing on the door seal. Naturally, he bought a few spares but didn't expect a door seal needing replaced on a 2-year old product and didn't have one with him. (RDA do repairs for several companies, so they probably do carry lots of spares for other machines in their vans). Michael taped things up temporarily so we could carry on with the machine regardless and ordered a new part. Yes, it's taken 10 days for Walter to come, but he has turned the hoseclip round and fitted a new doorseal under warranty. The window of time I was given by text on each occasion was around 4 hours and the first visit was early, second was 3 hours in - but he was diverted elsewhere on his way. I have absolutely no complaints about the company and definitely none with their 2 operatives that came to us.

Absolutely shocking. Do not respond to any calls or emails, do not turn up to appointments and waste customer's time, complete lack of professionalism, engineers leave rubbish in the house, no interest in helping. Engineers turn up with incorrect and incomplete equipment. Complete disregard for their customers and ignore them. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Did not even want to give one star, but had to in order to post. Horrendous. Literally laughing at the other reviews that have been left - its hard to believe how bad this company are. Shambles

Horrible service! Engineer never carried out the repair despite an adult being in the property waiting on him! Customer service equally poor. They don't answer the phone!

Sent out gas cooker engineer to fix my Dimplex fire !! His attitude was terrible telling me my fire was working but only a wee bit!! Says he would have to go and see if they still done the the part but it wasnt really his job then went on to tell me the engineer who was supposed to do job phoned in sick and he was left with his work very unprofessional

Worst company ever -,girls in office - very unhelpful, rude and dont return calls , cant get appointments to suit , she basically said tough - deal with it , Puts me off ever buying from currys again as this is the cowboys they use ??? Avoid at all costs , engineer as bad as the office staff !!!
