Avoca Flooring Lanarkshire

Had all of my flooring done by Avoca. Petya was absolutely great at showing me samples from the shop, discussing how to design the flat and keeping in touch on an almost daily basis while the works were being done. Kalin installed the laminate and LVT floors to perfection, even reprising small bits that did not go well at first (the walls and underlying floor were not always straight). I am really happy with their work and the way it turned out. Would recommend them anytime.

Thanks to Avoca Flooring we have transformed our hall. Having sanded the stairs to our new home we had no hesitation in heading back to Petya in the shop to seek her advice on a suitable wooden flooring finish whish was later expertly fitted by the hard working and very professional Kalin. We are very pleased with the results and would certainly recommend Avoca.

Staff extremely helpful and courteous, they kept you informed all along the journey from ordering to fitting. Very pleased with the flooring I chose, looks and feels amazing, such a professional finish. I would absolutely recommend the team at Avoca.

Excellent service from our 1st visit to the shop from Petya, providing quotes & obliging with taking modulea sample boards home & keeping us informed of measuring & fitting. Very satisfied with the fitting, Kalin provided a 1st class service. Would highly recommend & will definitely return in future.

This is the second time that i have used Avoca and they are quite simply outstanding. We recently moved into an old tenement where new floors were needed. We were hoping to sand the original wooden floors but this was only possible in one room. The Avoca team (Alistair, Kalin and Craig) did a fantastic job of advising on the different stains/finishes for this room and the quality of work was excellent. As i had used them to sand at a previous address, there was no real surprise here. For the rest of the flat, where the wooden floor could not be reconditioned, we opted for Moduleo flooring. Whilst this was more expensive, the difference it has made to the appearance/feel is truly transformative. Once again, the quality of work and service by Kalin was excellent. The product quality is fantastic too. A special mention has to be for Petya. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always keeping us updated. Her customer service skills are second to none. Avoca are a real example to a lot of small businesses and i would have no hesitation using them again and again. Thank you so much guys!!
