attached photos below would NOT recommend this salon at all , i booked an appointment with a friends stylist and without either of our knowledge the stylist was changed. i asked for a copper colour understanding that i previously had box dye however i had booked a 4 hour appointment assuming foils would be used on my ends however this was not the case , i had a bleach wash straight on to my untouched virgin roots along with the ends at the same time !!! after this was applied i was then moved over to the mirror for it to dried. at this point my hair still had black patches and streaks that would needed to be bleached out w foils but instead a copper tint was directly applied over the uneven / black base once the service was done i could see from the front that my hair was ruined and ashley who did the service didnt even show me the back of my head or offer to show me as THEY KNEW the state they left it in, half black half orange with streaks and splotches in it. after calling to complain about the service i was told that my hair was bleached 4 times and would have snapped if it was bleached again. This is not true as i followed up with other members of staff that were present who confirmed that only one bleach bath was carried out. i have had no response in my complaints to the salon and i was charged 90 total for this experience ive had and not a single effort to rectify the situation i have had to then fork out more money to get this fixed somewhere else as the salon made me feel uncomfortable due to staff customer service and i will 100% taking this to trading standards and further

Great hairdresser's, girls listen to what you want done and are not scissor happy like some hairdresser's. Ashley and team welcome you and all the girls are lovely.
