Co-op Funeralcare, Bellshill

My family used the services of the Bellshill Co-op funeral care recently. They couldn't have been more caring, professional and compassionate. Declan, Rhona, Ian and i think the other chap was Gordon, were a credit to their profession. A stark contrast to their colleagues in East Kilbride, who we initially contacted. Their lack of communication, choice of words when describing my late father, not to mention an invoice for the bill 8 days after the funeral, when in dact it was all paid upfront, were so unprofessional it beggars belief. We're so glad we switched to Bellshill for the final arrangements. Thank you again.

Re Funeral for Mary Macfarlane: The service we as a family received was exceptional. All staff were kind helpful professional and treated us and our loved one with the utmost dignity and respect. We were comforted and secure in the knowledge that the arrangements were professionally handled. Rhona and Gordon deserve a special mention as they were the 2 staff we were in contact with at what is a very difficult time. Thank you very much indeed. Ian Macfarlane.
