All very professional and polite They done such a great job inside and out. I can't recommend them enough. First class. Cant wait to get my new door!!

Used Windows Direct once again and despite it being two years since last order in a previous house the standard was every bit as good as before Eddie came out measured up gave me good advice we met the guys in workshop as I had concerns and specific requests re window to side of door and was able to see on the screen what I was asking for a service I havnt had before .Good selection in showroom to give you ideas and from placing order to delivery and installation communication was good just about to place another order for some windows price was also fair.Would certainly recommend.

Had a wonderful and easy experience when dealing with this company. Friendly , helpful and reassuring team. It was around 7-8 years ago when I had my work done (still loving my windows and doors) I had an issue with the lock on my front door, someone came out the same day , replaced the lock, noticed a fault with the hinge, ordered a new one, fitted & sorted all with a smile and FOC. Now thats what I call good and honest service. Give this family business a shout , you will not be disappointed

The whole process from the start to finish has been very smooth. The estimator was very helpful; the office staff were very friendly and listened to what we wanted and helped us through the design and ordering phase with good advice. The fitters were very good and again offered good advice. They were so tidy and clean that you would not have thought they had been if it wasn't for the new door & window in place.
