Great experience as i have epilepsy and can't always make my appointments. The girls are very very kind and and understanding. They always keep my glasses or frames for me despite me not being able to attend. Full marks from me.

It's a small local shop, but it's a good thing to have an optician nearby, right?. Maybe. Couldn't help me out sourcing replacement parts. Eventually I persuaded them to sell me just the screw set because the way the staff member was waving a screwdriver around hitting anything but the screwhead made me worry for my lenses. Can't do very much work on site, so not much use to me I'm afraid.

I had occasion to visit this opticians last week for an eye test and to order prescription glasses for the first time. I found the whole process professional from beginning to end. My new glasses were also ready within a few days. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this opticians if asked.

long story short , 2 month saga to get a pair of glasses that i could wear due to a bad prescription had me cross eyed and sore heads but told to persevere, after persistence i got retested at their springburn branch who got it Spot On!. the difference in the first prescription and retest were right eye was out by sph 1.75 cyl 0.25 axis 15 and the left eye was out by sph 0.75 cyl 0.25 axis 25. just glad to get finally sorted . i wouldnt normally leave a bad review on a small business but there was no sorry , i had to keep asking for my prescriptions and they only seemed interested on trying to sell me safety glasses for my work every visit

A small family business with competitive prices. Friendly, helpful staff and I received my glasses within two days. I'll definitely be back.
