Poorest customer service I've ever recieved. Dish was broken for 3 months, resulting in no internet though full charge was always taken. When called about fixing the issue I was told it wasn't worth their while coming to Barra for one job (nice attitude towards paying customer). Once it was worth their while to come over they charged me 50 for maintenance work even though I had been paying 39.99 a month for 3 months without any service. When I confronted them over a phone call I was met by the rudest man and most hostile customer service I ever have recieved. My advice would be definitely do not use this company.
