        Ordered a washing machine on Monday morning and it arrived that afternoon. The two delivery chaps moved the old machine outside, brought in the new one and plumbed it in. Checked online: I could have got the same machine from John Lewis for the same price but with 50 delivery fee. So, I saved 32 on delivery and got the gold standard delivery service in the process!
