        Best smoked salmon ever, and great customer service. I've been ordering from here since 2004 after visiting while on holiday. It's now a family tradition to order for Christmas!

        Simply the best smoked salmon and smoked scallops. Lovely people too - we visited them went cycling the Hebridian way to buy some supplies for sandwiches. Now wigley order online and one of the benefits is a poetically written hardcopy newsletter twice a year - telling you about the nature in North Uist - with a handwritten postcard. Love it

        I thought I knew what smoked salmon is. I was wrong. I stopped by at Hebridean Smokehouse on my way north through the Outer Hebrides islands because the sign with "peat smoked" caught my eye. I don't know if it's the salmon, the process or some other magical ingredient but THIS STUFF IS SUBLIME!! Stock up!! God, I wish I had.

        The smoked salmon is made of fatty fish with little tightness. Smoked well. A clear 6 of 10 A better fish can be had from Andy Race of Mallaig, 7.5 of 10 Uk winner is Secret Smokehouse London at 9 of 10. Their trout is even better
