Vallay Sands B&B

We had a perfect stay in Vallay Sands. Marion is a very attentionate host. Our room was spacious, very well furnished, super clean with a very cosy bed, and most importantly a great view over the lovely sheeps and the bay! The bathroom was great too, with a lot of amenities. The continental breakfast with Marion's homemade bread was the icing on the cake, and Marion was extremely accommodating for the breakfast time. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will stay in Vallay Sands again with no hesitation when we will come back to North Uist! See you soon ;) Daphn and Ariste

Superb stay, Marion was the perfect host and totally looked after two tired cyclists who had turned up later than we expected to. The room is lovely and cosy, the in-dining table in the room is a lovely touch, the bathroom and all aspects of the room made the stay super comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely sumptuous and you might be lucky enough yo enjoy Marion's homemade bread as we did! A fantastic stay, we felt totally ready to get back on the road after being looked after so well! Food & drinks: Superb continental breakfast served in the morning. Lovely selection of teas for the evening to enjoy.

Cannot recommend Vallay Sands enough. Marion and Neil are extremely experienced, kind generous, genuine hosts. The comfort of the accommodation and service they provided was probably the best we experienced on our trip. The views are amazing and if you are lucky like us, you could witness the most beautiful of sunsets right from your amazing room. Excellent breakfast with fabulous coffee and good "strong" tea delivered to your room. We definitely recommend this amazing special treasure, hopefully we will be lucky enough to visit again.
