In the past they have had awkward moments where staff shout at customers l witnessed in the past staff shout out a customers bank balance than write it down on a bit of paper, I'm sure the last thing l would ever want to know is vulnerable locals bank balance or others knowing how much money l have.
I'm so grateful that l moved banks.
