        Friendly, efficient and competent staff doing their very best and a definite five stars for them. ...But sadly the post office has deteriorated in Beauly as elsewhere else. We've gone from three counters in the old building to one in this and your heart sinks when you enter and there's half a dozen people ahead of you, knowing you could be in for a 15 minute wait. Especially if you just want to drop off a package too big for the letter box but already stamped so you know it's pure wasted time.

        The Royal Mail in general - and for me this post office in Beauly have been excellent throughout the Covid crisis. Never been closed and always efficient.
