Unfriendly,with a superiority complex.patronising at times to myself and to older shoppers.always open late after their break.long waiting times for prescriptions even if you're the only one in the shop at the time.disorganised chaos I just had a very distressing experience over a prescription and being messed about. I won't be back.

Extremely rude staff, my husband went in to get my prescription which I needed desperately as took poorly during the night, nhs 24 were amazing & said they would fax my prescription straight through. My husband was told there was no prescription & staff member shrugged her shoulders & was extremely rude saying there was no prescription & when I phoned as soon as he got home I was told my prescription was there. The girl who answered the phone was lovely so the star is for her. I always find staff rude in there & if they dont like working with the public then they shouldnt be there.

Not a positive experience at all. I was in desperate need of tampons, they only had one box of their own brand, I asked if they might have more out the back. I was told no. I said that wasn't good and was I told to go and try the Co-op! For an item as vital as this it's awful they didn't have more than one box in stock and even more shocking to be told to go elsewhere. Worse experience in a Boots store ever.

Unfortunately I always dread having to purchase anything in this shop at beauly, the staff at this boots establishment are unfriendly and on many occasions are rude, especially the staff on the front till.. Surely boots management should be training their staff to be customer friendly
