        Orfered text from bearded to city centre for 5 people. Normally charged 22. We were charged 35.40. Queried this with taxi driver and asked him if he was kidding. Utterly disgraceful. Black cab back- 15.60 Inc boundary charge. Waiting to hear back from the manager who was supposed to call this morning. Nothing yet. Not happy at all.

        useless - you want a taxi at a time booked in advance - not to be told ahll send yay wan whin a khan.even got a text to say it was dispatched even though it wasnt missed my flight cause of this ridiculous useless company.

        Thank you so so much for not arriving when I had PRE-Booked my taxi, Because the driver was at the airport. Which then I had to use another taxi service which then made me late for my bus and because the bus had already left I had to pay more money for a ticket. So cheers for that.
