        Laura is an excellent Pilates instructor. I went to her after a major operation (in intensive care for over 2 weeks), knowing Pilates is good for general health and fitness. I never expected to continue with it and was looking at going as just a short term option until I could go back to my normal sporting hobbies. 6 months later and I'm still going every week and love my Tuesday night sessions. In addition, my surgeon couldn't believe how quickly I got my general fitness back and it has helped with my other sports and I suffer far less from aches and sore muscles. I have no hesitation in recommending Turn Pilates.

        Great classes with very personal attention. I started classes a few months ago due to a sore back from bad posture. After a few weeks my back was feeling much better and now a few months later my back is great. Would highly recommend trying it out for any aches and pains!
