Needed a scooter at short notice, for a visit to the SEC, for my wife who had suffered an injury. Instant response to my phone call, and a seemless process in us getting a scooter delivered to hotel for our arrival. Will use again if the need arises.

Serious issues over mobility scooter ordered and paid for in uk which was delivered to our hotel in Spain. Given wrong name and phone number for our local conact. Attempts to ring both Glasgow office and London office for assistance failed as the same recorded message advised they were short of staff and if we emailed they would get back to us soon. Five days and dozens of emails later no one has been in contact !!!! Tried to contact them via Facebook but was unable to message them as no one was responding to messages and was advised to email them !?!! Given one star only because the scooter works For customer care we would be well into minus stars

Scooter booked & paid for but simply never turned up. Took me several attempts ringing & emailing before being told I'd been "overlooked". In consequence I was severely limited in the plans I'd made and suffered health consequences from trying to walk more than I could. Other than refunding my money, they didn't even make a goodwill gesture to recognise that, as a disabled person, my holiday was badly affected. Be very wary if booking with them.

I booked a shower/ toilet seat for my disabled son for our holiday to orlando this year, holiday was cancelled as in middle of lockdown, asked to move booking to next year and was told because I hadn't informed them we weren't travelling we would have to pay 30 to move booking, I said it was plainly obvious we wouldn't be travelling but the manager not interested and said I should have read small print seems to me that they are using current situation to profiteer from the most vulnerable in society. I have now booked with a more reputable company so avoid this company at all costs !!!!!
