        The only reason there is a 4 star review is the staff in the opticians. After finishing (after thorough examination lasting 3 hrs) I popped upstairs to gwt 2 pack of socks. Came down to pay, all xheckout were very busy, so went to self checkour, only to be told be a very curt member of staff, it was only for trolleys. Decided at that point due to severe headache and paiful itchy eyes to leave the soxks and left the shop. It would have taken me all of 2 mins to scan snd pay. Not happy with service in shop.
