I would recommend BK Gill 100%. Me & my Fiance were in the early stages of buying our first home, knowing we would need a Solicitor, we used a comparison site. I was contacted by Mani @ BK Gill within a few hours, and after a quick chat, I knew he would be the one to see us through this. Unfortunately, when it came to applying for our mortgage, BK Gill wasn't on our lender's legal panel. We were so disappointed that we wouldn't have Mani to represent us, but he was so understanding and very swiftly sent all of our details to our new Solicitor and also informed the agent who was marketing the property. If/when we sell our new home in the future, or need to create a Will, we will definitely be using BK Gill.

Being charged nearly 200 more than originally quoted, the experience left a bitter taste, I know they have to thrive in a very competitive market, but the way they go about it is underhand. The issue I have is not about the extra charges, it's the fact that assurances where made at the quotation stage that there would be no hidden surprises, a blatant false truth designed to get your business, I appreciate honesty and fairness, not a silver tongued individual making false promises.
