Use this shop every other day, however tonight when I went in 10 mins before closing for some last minute items, the three members of staff were all standing at the tills talking with most shutters down, and one audibly said f***sake. I chose to ignore it and grabbed my items, and enquired if they had a certain type of alcohol just on the off chance that they did- the staff member replied that he couldnt serve me alcohol as it was past 10pm. I checked and then showed him the time on my phone, as it was only 21:57, and he replied that the till already said 10pm so he couldnt do anything about it. His attitude was shocking, no apology and such a condescending tone of voice. As I drove away from the store at 21.59, they were already putting the shutter down outside and locking up. I work in retail myself, and yes it can be frustrating when people come in last minute, but as a convenience store, people will! I am absolutely speechless at the whole experience.
