        Despite being told in advance of the rude lady in reception she was very pleasant and helpful. Bit slow in getting you tipped but otherwise good place to go

        Complete lack of respect and any manners to delivery drivers, all I have done is turn up on time in good order with 24 pallets that they have ordered, was made to feel like I was in the wrong and these items shouldnt have turned up, if they werent supposed to turn up or you didnt want them then why have they been booked in? why not just send them back . Is it any wonder no one wants to drive lorries these days? Look out for the 2nd hgv driver shortage thats incoming, very few people are joining this industry but many are leaving due to problems like this
