Arnold Clark Bathgate

I recently purchased a car from this branch and Brian was absolutely brilliant, from the first phone call to me driving my car away Brian guided me through the whole process. As I live in the south of England, I had my car delivered, Brian was always there ready on the phone to answer my queries at any time. I want to personally thank Brian for all his hard work and he is a treasure to Arnold Clark.

Just got my new car from Arnold Clark Bathgate and not got a bad word to say, David Lawson was absolutely fantastic during the process and never once tried to pressure us into anything great guy and great salesman will definitely recommend and will be back again!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This branch is out of all Arnold Clarks the worst!! Customer service was terrible. Car advertised for one price and then the poster inside the car suggesting a cheaper price. When I flagged this to the sales man he said it was the price before the car went into preparation and after that it had went up, when I asked the manager I was told the poster belonged to another car?! 99 reservation still not refunded it was meant to take 3-5 days. Emailed them and not even got a reply!! If you are a young woman stay away they will do their best to get as much money out of you as possible thinking you dont have a clue about cars.

I had a great experience. Martin kept checking in through out the purchase and also quickly replied to my emails, he worked later so that we could go over everything again when i came back with my mum. He made my first experience in Arnold Clark pleasant.
