        I used Alba taxis for the weekend in Bathgate and couldnt fault the service, Elaine was great from start to finish and made the experience stress free and reliable and even went out her way to organise travel home, will be using again if I ever return to Bathgate.

        We attended a wedding at the VU and required taxis from our hotel to the Vu and return journey. Excellent customer service, excellent drivers and clean comfortable taxi cabs. There was a little confusion on the return journey which was professionally dealt with due to a driver taking ill which left a sudden shortage. The boss stepped right in and dealt with this. Amazing woman! Thank you so much for making our day run smoothly and getting us to our destination safeley and with such professionalism. FIRST CLASS!
