After a 6 hour drive, arrive to find rooms now not available.
Made to stand in main bar whilst coustomers look at us like we are a couple of muppets.
Yes, they paid for 1 of the 2 nights at the nearest Premier Inn, that is not the point.
Their tardiness set our plans back 2 hours and it became a mad rush to get to the event we were attending.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
