We're so glad we had Jacqui at our wedding! She was great at capturing all the special moments whilst giving us plenty time to spend with all of our friends and family. She went above and beyond on the day to make sure everyone felt at ease and we're so happy with the photos.

Horrendous Experience!! Jacqui created a website for me that never worked.. she then refused to give me information I needed for my new web designer. Blocking me and refusing to have any contact. Unprofessional. Terrible service.

Had Jacqui to do our wedding at the Vu, Was an absolute pleasure dealing with her from start to finish, Even through covid and wedding being pushed back Jacqui was able to help us move the date and also held our original price that we booked at the start. The level of service and professionalism has been second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend Jacqui and Jen to anyone looking for wedding photos. Jacqui was amazing on the day of our wedding and went above and beyond. She captured so many precious moments with our family and friends. We are absolutely delighted with our wedding photos and would highly recommend Ja Houston Photography. Jacqui was very accommodating with our big family and even went further by helping me get ready in the morning and sorting my veil. Was like having your best friend as a photographer on the day.
