        The service I received from all staff was was excellent and would recommend them to all .

        Optician was very helpful and friendly. Women fitting glasses, however, was very abrasive and very unhelpful. Was very quick to tell me the glasses I'd chosen wouldn't work , but offered zero advice on what would work . Wrong information given on what benefits are eligible for an NHS voucher . Really unpleasant experience. I'll take my prescription elsewhere and I will definitely visit a different optician next time. A pity because a few years ago choosing glasses here was a pleasant experience.
