I was looking into buying a Buy To Let property via a limited company and Thomas Lamb assured me that it would be possible and that he would help me. When the deal was agreed, suddenly it occurred that the mortgage was issued in my own name instead and Thomas then said to me that it is impossible to get a mortgage on an SPV. This whole process took months and was very stressful for me, and Thomas' demeanour on the phone especially by the end was completely unacceptable. After this failure, I contacted a different mortgage advisor, and now my limited company is an owner of a Buy To Let property, which according to Thomas was impossible.
