Just recently got all new windows and a front door installed by these guys. Bill, the fitter, was very professional and I couldnt recommend him enough!

Checked the website to make sure they were open, drive over to the showroom and they were shut, tried to call them, and got a nobody available to answer your call message. Very disappointing, took our money elsewhere

Great service from start to finish .All windows and front door replaced. Office staff really helpful and everything explained well . The two chaos that completed job .Bill and Tommy done a fab job .I just left them to get on with it and everything was cleaned and left spotless when job was finished . Would definitely recommend as Nd use as gain in the future

Don't go near them, I would give zero stars but not possible. As per previous review substandard workmanship. Door and side panel fitted out of true, door has a bow in it hence door not sealing and a hell off a draft from it. Should of kept old door. Warranty not worth paper it written on. 75 + vat for a call out under warranty. They have breached 2 regulations, Consumer rights and Trading Standards. Luckily we paid part of payment via Master card and have won our claim via Section 75 legislation and credit card company paying for a new door and indepent assessment to confirm defective anf faulty goods. I just hope 1st Choice Living loose there Merchant account and can no longer take Credit Card Payments. Final comment if you purchase from an unknown un recommended company please use a credit card as it does provide some gaurantee under Section 75 Legislation, if they do not accept credit card walk away.

Stay well clear of this company sub standard products and workmanship seals on windows started coming away after a few months, window locks and handles are stiff and they tried to replaced with spare handles the handy man had in his van and door locks don't work sometimes lock and sometimes don't, have to lock front door from the inside and then go out the back door! When faults are reported take an age to deal with and everything is a bother. Truly awful and wouldn't use them again. UPDATE - Handles used by handyman have failed and when I called them was told the agreement was with First Choice Glazing who are no longer trading. As a good will gesture they would send a joiner for 75, so much for a guarantee. Not surprised and still rue the day I decided to go with this company in whatever tax dodging guise they are operating.
