Scam !!!!! Took the money and never completed the work. Avoid as plague !! Horrible experience. I would rather have a leaking roof than deal with them again. I'm taking it to the court to get my money back. This is roof fixed by them....

Had water running into the house down our stove-pipe every time it rained. Not good news. Steven came round the day after I called and diagnosed the problem. Took one more day for Steven to get the required repair materials after which the problem was fixed. Good timing. Heavy rain hit that night (still raining now) and glad to report no more rainwater coming in. Dry and toasty. Very happy customer. Just moved into the property and following a night of rain discovered a leak in the roof that hadn't appeared on the home report. I read the reviews for McDowalls before contacting them with the problem. I spoke to the contractor Steven and explained the issue. He wad aware of the issue on the property as had provided previous owners with quote and knew what the issue was. I was somewhat annoyed knowing the previous owners had known about the issue but said nothing, however relieved that Steven knew what the issue was and would be able to repair it. Steven provided me with estimate/quote and attended on agreed time and carried out the repair. He discovered that the damage was a bit more than first thought however worked the full day to repair the roof. Professional job, hard workers and would highly recommend. Service: Roof repair

We had a leak in our roof recently. Had just moved to the area and asked around for recommended roofers - and called round. Steven answered immediately and came round within a few days to perform a prompt assessment.
