Needed 2 small items engraved - gifts for grandchildren. I emailed first to enquire and received a prompt response from Elaine. Visited the shop the following day and was dealt with efficiently and courteously. I was advised that the engraving couldnt be done while I waited so I left the items for later collection. The work done has more than met my expectations so Im very pleased and will definitely recommend and use again.
