        Noted interest in a property we really liked and never heard a peep again until we called to make an offer, to be told seller has already accepted an offer. I felt totally gaslit after the call from them, basically listing all the ways we did the wrong thing, despite us following the advice of the woman who showed us round (note your interest and you will receive regular updates on offers made etc)
