      • The Tone

        One of the best opticians in West Lothian. Having used several opticians over the years from Livingston to Bathgate this is by far the best. The optometrist is very kind and courteous and excellent at his job. The staff are very helpful and not pushy in any way, the shop is small but has a good selection of spectacles both designer and budget. Boots overall tends to be a bit expensive but you get a quality service here. I would definitely recommend Boots Bathgate if you need an eye test

        Can't rate highly enough. I had my first eye test today and both the man doing my test (Richard I think) and the lady who helped me through the choosing of my glasses were so incredibly friendly, reassuring and lovely to chat to. I'm so glad I came here for my test.

        This is a small shop but they have a good range of glasses. However what really makes this place extra special is the staff. Lisa, Charlotte and the rest of the team are exceptionally professional. They have a kindness and respect for all their customers which goes beyond the call of duty. This is definitely an 11 out of 10 place.
